My good friend, retired Commissioner Bill Lashley has been and will continue to be missed.

Troy Brooks, shown with Steve Carter and his grandson, Alexander, was a fellow Christian Brother, friend, volunteer and supporter who passed away shortly after Steve was elected.

Barbara Brown, a founding member of Alamance Conservative, passed away after a valiant battle with cancer.  She and her mom, Gloria Brown, who survives,  have been solid sisters in Christ, friends, and supporters.
